Uploading files to the Q:\ Drive
To upload files to the Q:\ Drive, first access the shared file store by selecting Q:\ Drive from the Libraries section of the main navigational menu.
- Select or create a folder into which you wish to upload your file(s).
- Click the Upload Files button.
- Select the file that you wish to upload from your device.
Once the file has uploaded, a corresponding thumbnail image will be displayed.
Private and public files
Files stored in the “My files” section of the Q:\ Drive are only accessible to you via your login. Files stored in the “Public files” section may be accessed by any employee.
