Using the GymOS knowledge base

The GymOS Knowledge Base should be your first port of call when seeking information on how to do something or how something works in GymOS. The Knowledge Base contains extensive documentation on all GymOS features, including how-to walk-throughs and answers to frequently asked questions.

Answers at the click of a button

Every function page within the GymOS administration portal is linked to a corresponding help article in the GymOS Knowledge Base. To get help on a function quickly, select the Help option from the profile menu at the top-right of your portal screen (click on your name).

Searching the knowledge base

In most instances, you will likely use the search bar, which is found in the header section of the home page, to find information in the knowledge base.

To perform a search, simply start typing relevant keywords into the box. As you type, matching articles will be listed. You can click on an article title to view it. To view the full results list, provide your search criteria and press enter.

Get started topics

The support site home page presents links to topics that are likely to be of interest if you are new to using GymOS. You can click on a specific article to view it, or click on the category title to view all articles within that given category.

Browsing the complete knowledge base

The home page comprises a subset of the extensive documentation available within the GymOS Knowledge Base. Click the View Full Knowledge Base button on the home page to view the full knowledge base content.

Listen to an article

We know that many people prefer to listen to an article, rather than read it. You will find that most of our articles feature an audio player at the top of the page. Click the play button to listen to the article.

Download an article

If you’d like to download an article to consume it offline, you canclick the button found at the bottom of the article. This will enable you to download the article as a PDF file and save it locally on your device.
