Gym Assist (aka TL;DR)

We appreciate that being a gym owner can be an extremely demanding and stressful pursuit, and that reading knowledge-base articles isn’t necessarily top of your priority list. This is why we offer Gym Assist.

Gym Assist is a service where we work with you and provide “hands-on” assistance in configuring GymOS or implementing a function or workflow you need.

Gym Assist is available on an ad hoc basis, whereby we quote to fulfil a particular implementation requirement you may have, and then work with you to facilitate that.

Gym Assist is also available on a subscription basis. We allocate you a dedicated account manager who handles all your support queries and can help you with more business-focused tasks and even carry them out for you in the background. In addition to the priority support, you can meet with your account manager monthly on an hourly call to talk about your business goals and where you might need additional support moving forward.
