Consultations

The Consultations area within My FitFile allows members to view and manage their upcoming consultation appointments, respond to invitations, and schedule new consultations where available.

Viewing Forthcoming Consultations

When the member taps Consultations, they are taken to a screen showing any forthcoming bookings they have. Each consultation entry displays:

• Date and time of the consultation
• Host (the staff member delivering the consultation)
• Location of the appointment

This gives the member a clear overview of any consultations they have scheduled.

Managing a Consultation Booking

By tapping on one of their forthcoming consultations, the member is taken to a page that includes a dropdown menu with several actions. From here, they can:

• Check in for the consultation
• Cancel the consultation
• View venue information
• Add the consultation to their device calendar
• Get directions, particularly helpful if it is their first visit to the facility

These options allow the member to manage their consultation with ease.

Pending Invitations

Below the forthcoming bookings, the member will also see a Pending Invitations section. This lists any consultations that the gym has invited them to schedule. Pending invitations display:

• The issued date
• The valid until date

This shows the timeframe the member has to book their consultation.

Booking a Consultation from an Invitation

When the member taps on a pending invitation, they are taken to a calendar screen. On this calendar:

• Any dates with available consultation slots are shown in pink
• The member taps a pink-highlighted date to view available times

After selecting a date:

1. The member chooses an available timeslot
2. They are prompted to answer any pre-consultation questions set by the gym
3. They confirm and submit the booking request

Once completed, the consultation appears in the member’s forthcoming bookings list.
