Settings overview
Located as a primary option from the main menu, Settings is where you will find all of the main system configuration functionality. Very often, you will only need to set these settings once. Others, such as session scheduling, you may visit from time to time.
Users with manager permissions may access the full suite of settings. Users with employee permissions may only access:
- Sessions & Events
- Credit Packs
- Membership Plans
- Inventory
The different configuration areas, and their focus, are summarised below.
Sessions & Events
Configure your session types and schedule your recurring sessions.
Credit Packs
Configure your credit packs, which determine which sessions a member is eligible to book.
Membership Plans
Set up your trial or membership plans, then allocate them to members.
To-Do Tasks
Recurring to-do tasks may be assigned to team members to track & remind them to undertake certain tasks.
RoboNudge Reminders
Set up pre-session reminder sequences that automatically send to booked members in the run-up to a scheduled session.
Inventory
Configure the items that you sell in your store, both in the administration portal and FitnessHub members site.
Venues
Provide information about your location(s), which may be useful to members. Also, optionally link your Zoom account.
Lists and Groups
Populate the content of the various lists and drop-downs in GymOS. Also, configure lead and member groups for bulk actions.
Member Groups
Setup member groups for bulk operations.
Lead Groups
Setup lead groups for bulk operations.
Achievements
Configure achievements for members to complete. These are also used by In-Person Training XRcize sessions.
Recognition Badges
Set up recognition badges that you may assign to your members for reward & motivational purposes.
QuikPay Payment Links
Provide payment links to registered leads or members for ad hoc charges.
Member forms
Create and complete internal member forms. Note, these are different to Forms & Questionnaires.
Message Templates
Put together reusable text snippets, and configure your default layout templates.
FitnessHub App/Portal
Setup aspects relating to your FitnessHub app or member portal.
System Templates
Tailor the content of the system messages sent out automatically by GymOS.
Closures
Schedule pre-planned closures for your facilities. Sessions are not scheduled during these periods.
Global Unsubscribes
Administer the users who have unsubscribed from your mailings.
Integrations
Configure the 3rd party integrations that connect to GymOS.
Security
Put additional security settings in place that limit where users may log in to your GymOS administration portal.
Bulk Import
Import data into your GymOS system.
General/Other Settings
A number of settings covering various aspects of the GymOS system.
