Logging a general incident

You may record a general incident in the incident log. To record an incident involving a member, refer the the Logging a member-related incident article.

To add a new incident:

  1. Access the Incident Log from the Manage section of the main navigation menu.
  2. Click the Add Incident button. This will add a new row to the top of the incident log.
  1. Complete the details of the incident, and click the button to commit the record. Click to abort adding the incident.
