Accessing the administration portal

The GymOS management portal is where gym owners and employees access the administration functions of GymOS. It is used only by GymOS clients, and not by members or leads – both of whom have their own, dedicated portals.

The GymOS administration function is accessed via a web browser at https://my.gymos.com/

Quick Win

You can add the GymOS portal URL to your browser favourites or make it a desktop icon for quick and easy access to your management functions.

Note: We recommend using a Chromium-based browser, such as Google Chrome, to access the GymOS portal. Safari is a little less capable than Chrome, and performance may no t be as good.

The administration portal is designed to work on a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet. It is not designed for use on a mobile phone, as the screen sizes are too small and this excessively impairs layout and navigation.

Logging Out

GymOS will automatically log you out of the system after about 45 minutes of inactivity. This is to protect the integrity of your data, which should be viewed as akin to a till in a shop.

If you wish to manually/explicitly log out of GymOS, select the Logout option from the My Profile menu found in the top-right of the screen (click on your name).
