Any one action from a sub-group of actions
The “any one action from a sub-group of actions” is not an event action in itself, but a method for grouping event actions so that the GymOS system will, at random, select one of the actions within the group to process. The selection is entirely random, and not subject to any selections that have been made previously.
This process is good for triggers such as “birthday greetings”, where you may create multiple different greetings, and GymOS will select at random which one to send. Through careful crafting, this avoids the member from realising that the message was automated and i) the same and they got last year, and ii) the same as their twin brother got moments ago!
T-minus Nurture Program
The T-minus Nurture Program step is a special trigger action that applies only to the “Lead appointment booked,” “New session type booked,” “Lead call scheduled,” “Member call scheduled,” “Membership added,” and “Session Booked” trigger types.
The usage of this trigger can be found in the T-minus Nurture Program article.
Merge fields
Many of the trigger actions, such as messaging, support the use of merge fields. These merge fields are context-specific to the trigger type. The merge fields that are available for a given trigger type may be found documented in the Context merge fields for event triggers article.
