Cancelling a nurture program

A nurture campaign may be cancelled in one of two methods:

Manually cancelling a nurture program for a lead/member

To cancel a nurture program for a member, navigate to the Programs tab of the member record. To cancel a nurture program for a lead, navigate to the Reach-outs and Nurturing tab of the lead record.

Click the icon alongside the corresponding nurture program to immediately cancel the program.

As part of a considered workflow, the ability to cancel a nurture program via a trigger can be a valuable process.

The Cancel Nurture Program action step may be employed to cancel one or more nurture programs assigned to a member or lead.
