Cancelling an individual session booking

Whilst most members will typically manage their own cancellations, you will sometimes want/need to cancel a member or guest from a session in the administration portal.

Do cancel a member or guest from a session:

  1. Navigate to Schedule from the main menu.
  2. Navigate to the date/time of the session from which you wish to cancel the member/guest.
  3. Either double-click on the session or right-click and select View/Edit Bookings from the menu.
  4. From the Select drop-down, select Cancel booking…
  5. Two options are presented:
    • Select Cancel with refund if you wish the member to have their credit or payment refunded.
    • Select Cancel without refund if you wish to cancel the booking without issuing a refund.
  6. The member will be sent an automated session cancellation email, so ideally, the member should be aware of the context of the cancellation before you action it.

Cancelling an entire session

If you need to cancel an entire session, you can click the button and, after confirmation, all bookings will be cancelled (with refunds), and the session will be cancelled. Automated cancellation notifications will be sent accordingly.
