Scribe pricing
Scribe is pay-as-you-go. There is no separate monthly fee: you pay only for the discussions your team records, alongside your other GymOS usage.

These are the same prices as Konduo’s call recording and transcription, and they are the same for gyms in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Irish gyms are billed in pounds sterling, as they are for their other GymOS usage. All prices exclude VAT, which is added to your invoice (where applicable).
- Discussions are charged per started minute of recording: a discussion of 1 to 60 seconds is one minute, and one of 61 seconds is two.
- Only the time recorded counts. If you pause a discussion, the paused time is not recorded and is not charged.
- A discussion is charged once it has been transcribed, not when you press Stop. It is charged once, however many times you open it, play it or correct it afterwards.
- There is no separate charge for storing recordings. Recordings, transcripts and summaries are kept on your members’ and leads’ records for as long as you want them, inclusive of your monthly GymOS subscription.

What is not charged
- A recording that never starts. If someone objects during the announcement and you tap Cancel, nothing is recorded and nothing is charged.
- A discarded recording. Stop and discard deletes the recording before it is transcribed, so it costs nothing. The same goes for a very short recording you choose to discard when you stop.
- A recording where too little was said. If a recording holds fewer than eight words, it is kept, but there is no summary and no charge.
- A recording that cannot be transcribed. Rarely, a recording cannot be transcribed, for example if no sound reached GymOS. It is kept, and not charged.
- Correcting the speakers. When you correct who said what, the summary is written again at no charge.
Deleting a recording later does not refund its charge, because the transcript and summary were produced.
How you are billed
Scribe charges are added to your messaging usage, alongside your SMS and WhatsApp usage. Once Scribe is switched on, the usage bar on your dashboard is titled Messaging and Scribe Usage, and shows the running total since your last invoice. Your usage is invoiced:
- when your messaging usage reaches your usage threshold, normally £50, or
- on your monthly billing date,
whichever comes first. On your monthly invoice, Scribe has a line of its own, Scribe usage during this period, so you can see what Scribe cost separately from your messaging.

Common questions
Is there a separate monthly fee for Scribe?
No. Beyond your regular GymOS subscription. you pay only for the discussions your team records.
Do I pay for each person in the discussion?
No. A discussion costs the same whether two people or six take part, and it is charged once, even though it is kept on the record of every member and lead in it.
Do I pay for time when the recording is paused?
No. Paused time is not recorded, so it is not charged.
Someone pressed Start by mistake. Will we be charged?
Not if you discard it. Stop and discard deletes the recording before it is transcribed, and a recording under 15 seconds offers to discard itself when you stop.
Do I need Konduo to use Scribe?
No. Scribe has its own activation and its own charges, and you can use either one without the other. They have the same recording and transcription prices. Scribe doesn’t incur the per-minute call charge that Konduo does.
Where can I see what Scribe has cost us?
On your monthly invoice, as Scribe usage during this period. Day to day, your Scribe charges are part of the running total on the Messaging and Scribe Usage bar on your dashboard.
What happens to the charges if we switch Scribe off?
Nothing more is charged once Scribe is off. Charges for discussions already recorded stay on your usage and are invoiced as normal.
