Account is in restricted mode
It is a requirement of your GymOS subscription that you always have a valid, non-prepaid credit or debit card recorded on your account.
If this ceases to be the case, your account will go into “Restricted mode”, and a warning will display on the GymOS dashboard. Your account will be limited in functionality until the matter is resolved.
You should note that this is a fully automated process, and that no Quoox personnel are manually activating/deactivating your account. Please do not take any offence at this process. It is no reflection on you as a valued client, but simply a matter of our own financial management.
