Campaign URLs

The URL you should provide a lead to use to register for a campaign may be derived in multiple ways.

  1. If you are using hooks, and want to track the source of a lead, you should use the URL provided against the hook by clicking the icon.
  2. If you are using a landing page (but not hooks), use the URL provided by clicking the icon.

Default landing page

If you want to direct the lead to the default landing page, select any landing page URL, and remove the final portion of the URL.

E.g. https://[FitnessHubDomain]/c/l/7HyPo/1TenlD8U/ becomes https://[FitnessHubDomain]/c/l/7HyPo/

Registration form URL

If you want to bypass the GymOS landing page and direct the lead to the registration form, replace the /l/ in the URL with /r/.

E.g. https://.../c/l/7HyPo/1TenlD8U/ becomes https://.../c/r/7HyPo/1TenlD8U/

URLs are cAsE-sEnSiTiVe and must appear exactly as presented in GymOS. The final slash (/) is also essential and, if missing, will likely result in a “404 – Not Found” error.

Level-up Tip

Campaign URLs (by their nature) are not particularly memorable. Use the Custom URLs function in FitnessHub to shorten/pretify the URL and to create a tracked QR code for it (which is not subject to AI content injection or advertising)

Landing page registration form URL merge field

On a GymOS landing page, you may use the [[REGISTERINTEREST]] merge field. This field contains the URL of the corresponding registration form for the campaign. It may be used as a text hyperlink, a button target, an image hyperlink, and more.

If you do not wish to use the merge field, you can determine and use the correct URL from those outlined above.

You may also direct a landing page to multiple forms. For example, you might have a central landing page that directs leads to one of several campaigns, depending on their interests.
