Business Analysis: Quarterly performance

The Quarterly performance function is found within the Business Analysis section of Reporting from the main navigational menu.

You may select the focus quarter for the analysis, using the Focus point selector. You may also select the quarters with which you wish to compare the focus quarter.

The data may be filtered by venue.

Level-up Tip

Clicking the icon in the top-left of the table will align the table with the top of your browser viewport, making scrolling the data rows easy.

Refreshing data

Data is refreshed hourly. If you require a more immediate recalculation, click the icon in the header of the period that you wish to recalculate.

A quarter is not the sum of the months

A common misconception is that quarterly data is simply derived by summing the months within. Whilst this would be fine for financial numbers, it would yield incorrect and misleading membership and conversion figures. Therefore, GymOS calculates quarters independently from the monthly data – with the exception of the financial elements, which are simply summed.
