The lead record

The lead record is where all information regarding a given lead is stored and accessible. It provides access to much of the array of lead functions within the GymOS platform.

Easy lead navigation

Don’t forget… as you navigate between different member and lead records, GymOS stores recent bookmarks to the records. You can therefore quickly and easily return to a record by selecting it from the Recently Viewed Records navigation menu.

To organise the wealth of information available within the lead record, it is broken down into “tabs”. Each tab contains a set of related information, and may be selected by clicking on the tab title.

Record tabs

The record tabs and a summary of their content is provided below.

  • Summary
A summary of the core lead details, including their status.
  • Calls
A log of forthcoming and previous calls.
  • Messages
A filtered version of the message centre focusing on messages received from or sent to the lead.
  • Reach-outs & Nurturing
Details of the nurture programs assigned to the lead, the reach-out communications sent, and any triggers fired.
  • Forms
Structured forms issued to and completed by the lead.
  • Consultations
Information on the lead’s DropSlot consultations, including upcoming bookings and pending invitations.

Actions

The Actions drop-down at the top of the lead record provides access to various functions that can be performed on a lead record. The list may vary, depending on the context and the GymOS system configuration.

  • Archive Lead
Archives the lead and marks their record as “terminated”. No more reach-outs or nurture elements will be sent to the lead.
  • Convert Lead to Member
Converts the lead record to a member record, as described in the Converting a lead to a member article.
  • Mark for permanent deletion
Archives the lead and then tags their data for permanent deletion. The actual data purge takes place within approximately 30 days of the record being marked for deletion.
  • Send QuikPay Payment Link
Send a QuickPay link to the lead, preconfigured with their data.
  • View event log
View recent events logged against this lead in the event log. This is primarily used for “who did what, when” diagnosis-type processes.
